Elizabeth Shah-Khan brings 20 years of executive recruiting experience to EDS Advisory.  She blends that experience with a tested business understanding and strategic thinking to solve the most challenging assignments.  Her primary goal is to serve clients in evaluating and recruiting the best talent to become more profitable and competitive.

Elizabeth has worked with a range of clients, from start-ups to large corporate entities, and in both the nonprofit and for-profit spaces. Before forming EDS Advisory, Elizabeth spent 16 years with a highly regarded retained executive search firm in the Southeast.

Earlier in her career, Elizabeth spent nearly a decade in marketing and communications for a Silicon Valley investment bank and two leading national law firms. 

 

Elizabeth graduated from Wake Forest University. She is a Charlotte native and is active in the community, currently serving on the board of the YWCA Central Carolinas and as a member of Women Executives.

 

Elizabeth and her husband are parents to twin boys.
